The nylon blend used is the original material used in the 1950s, with the same composition and structure. The material is processed on a classic machine whose production has already been discontinued. Everything is original – the technology, the material, and the craftsmanship.

In this model, the back seam is truly hand-sewn, so the seam itself can be gently felt to the touch. This traditional hand technique has almost disappeared today and belongs among lost manufacturing processes that are no longer available in standard production. In the past, it was mastered by specialized craftsmen with many years of experience, but with the end of this production, the entire manufacturing line ceased to exist. There is no industrial continuation of it, and this model comes from the last available pieces produced using the original method. We were fortunate to obtain the final series of this original production.
